Firm Administrator

Mike serves as the Firm’s Administrator and has been employed with Shipley, Horne & Hewlett, P.A. since its inception in 1995.



Marilyn K. Taylor
Office Manager

Marilyn serves as the Office Manager and Billing Coordinator and has been employed with Shipley, Horne & Hewlett, P.A. since its inception in 1995.




Marvin “Reggie” Baxter
Senior Land Planner/ Paralegal

Reggie serves as a Senior Land Planner and Paralegal. After working more than 30 years as a land planner for   M-NCPPC, Reggie joined Shipley, Horne & Hewlett, P.A. in 2006.





Brandy B. Stuart
Paralegal

Brandy serves as a Paralegal, and in 2007, joined Shipley, Horne & Hewlett, P.A. bringing with her many years of legal experience.




Catherine Lutz
Paralegal

Cathy serves as a Paralegal and joined Shipley, Horne & Hewlett, P.A. in 2005 after working 31 years for the Prince George’s County Government.
